How to register

TO PARTICIPATE :

Take note of the conditions and elements relating to participation and the general rules of the PACKAFRICA show, contained in the participation file and the various sheets that accompany it.
Choose the desired participation package(s).
Confirm the reservation of your space with at least 30% of the invoiced amount, and pay the remainder before the opening of the event.

Only the application forms that you have carefully filled in, dated, signed, sealed and returned to the Organiser are valid for any intention to take part, whatever the form. An invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of the completed forms.
Full payment of the invoice must be made before any admission to the PACKAFRICA 2025 site.
This payment can be made, by mutual convenience, according to a schedule proposed by the participant and falling due at the latest before the opening of the show.
